02Mobile App Development · MVP App Development

The first version of your app, in real users' hands sooner.

We help founders and businesses launch a focused MVP, the smallest version of the app that real users can try, built properly in Flutter or FlutterFlow so it can grow without a rewrite. We agree the scope with you first, show you a demo every week, and take it all the way to the App Store and Google Play.

Who our MVP apps are for

Founders with a new idea

Find out what users actually want before spending on every feature, with an app real people can download and use.

Businesses testing a new product

Try a new service or customer app with a focused first release, and decide what comes next from real usage.

Teams that need something real to show

A working app is easier to put in front of investors, partners and first customers than slides and mockups.

What you get

Results you can feel, not just deliverables

01

Launch sooner

We agree the smallest release that is genuinely useful, so the first version reaches users without waiting for every idea.

02

Learn from real users

Analytics and crash reporting are in place at launch, so the next decisions are based on how people actually use the app.

03

No rewrite later

A sensible data model and a design system from the start, so later features build on the first version instead of replacing it.

04

Clear cost before you start

A written proposal with scope, timeline and price, a demo every week, and payment by milestone.

Included in our MVP apps

  • Scope and feature priorities
  • Clickable prototype
  • iOS and Android MVP in Flutter or FlutterFlow
  • Backend, sign-in and payments
  • Analytics from day one
  • App Store and Google Play launch

What an MVP should include, and what to leave out

An MVP is not a smaller copy of the full product. It’s the one journey that proves the idea, done well. A good first version usually has:

  • The core action, the thing users come for, working smoothly from start to finish.
  • Sign-in and a profile, so people can come back to where they left off.
  • Payments, if the business model depends on them, so you learn whether people will actually pay.
  • Notifications or reminders, if the app depends on people returning.
  • Analytics and crash reporting, so you can see what happens after launch.

What can usually wait: settings nobody asked for yet, extra user roles, social features, deep personalisation and anything you’re adding “just in case”. Each one is easier to design well once real users have shown you what they need.

How we keep the first version small

Before anything is designed, we write down on one page who the app is for, the problem it solves, and the smallest release that solves it. Every other idea goes on a roadmap, so nothing is lost. That page is what the proposal, the timeline and the price are based on, and it’s the easiest way to keep a first version from slowly growing into a full product.

Built to grow, not to be thrown away

Moving fast doesn’t have to mean starting again later. A clear data model, a consistent design system and sensible choices about the backend let the first version grow into a full product. Our guide to going from MVP to platform without a rewrite explains the foundations that matter, and FlutterFlow vs Flutter covers which toolset suits which kind of app.

Getting to launch

A first version still has to pass App Store and Google Play review, with store listings, screenshots and privacy details ready. We handle submission and the review back-and-forth. For typical timelines and what stretches them, see how long it takes to build an app.

Process

How we build MVP apps.

  1. Discover

We agree who the app is for, the one problem it must solve, and the smallest release that solves it. Everything else goes on a roadmap.

  2. Design

Key screens and a clickable prototype you can try on your phone and show to users before anything is built.

  3. Build

The app and its backend, with a demo every week and test builds on your own phone.

  4. Launch & learn

App Store and Google Play submission, then a plan for the next release based on what real users do.

Tools we use for MVP apps

What is an MVP?

A minimum viable product is the smallest version of your app that solves the main problem well enough for real users to try it. It lets you learn what people actually need before you build everything.

How much does it cost to build an MVP app?

It depends on the features in the first release, the platforms, and how much backend work is involved. After a free discovery call we send a written proposal with a clear scope and price. Keeping the first version focused is what keeps it affordable.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

A focused MVP typically takes a few months from kickoff to store launch, and larger products take longer. You'll get a timeline in the proposal, and you can install test builds on your phone throughout the project.

Should an MVP be built in FlutterFlow or Flutter?

FlutterFlow with Firebase is usually the faster route for an MVP made of standard screens, like sign-in, profiles, lists, forms, payments and notifications. Plain Flutter is better when the app depends on complex real-time features or a custom backend. We'll recommend one after discovery.

What happens after the MVP?

We look at how people use it, then plan the next release together. Because the first version is built to grow, new features build on it instead of starting again.

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the project is complete and all payments are settled, full ownership of the code is transferred to you.
